Please Read Before Arrival!

Fall 2026 First-time Freshmen

First-time freshmen will move into their assigned residence facilities on August 11-12, 2026 .

  • Wilson Hall Residents: 听Please report directly to the听 Gentry Center checkpoint 听located at听 听Your specific move-in time will be assigned by floor.

o听听听听 Tuesday, August 11th

      • 1st and 6th Floors: 7:00am - 11:00am
      • 2nd and 5th Floors: 11:00am - 3:00pm

o听听听听 Wednesday, August 12th

      • 3rd Floor: 7:00am - 10:00am
      • 4th Floor: 10:00am - 1:00pm

  • Residents of听 Boyd, Eppse, Hale, New Hall, Rudolph Center and Watson Hall: 听Please report directly to your designated residence facility.听 Your specific move-in time will be assigned by floor.

        • 7:00am-11:00am: Floors 1st, 3rd,听 5th, and 7th
        • 11:00am-2:00pm: Floors 2nd , 4th, and 6th

        • 11:00am-2:00pm: Floors 1st, 3rd, and 4th
      • Hale Hall
        • 7:00am-11:00am: Floors 1st, 2nd, and 6th
        • 11:00am-2:00pm: Floors 3rd, 4th, and 5th
      • New Hall

RETURNING, TRANSFER AND READMIT STUDENTS - Sign up for your appointment NOW听using the Move-in Appointment scheduler听 via the听 l (to access log in, click Banner Services, then Student Services, and scroll down to the bottom to the Housing Section)听The move-in appointment听scheduler opens July 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM and closes August 13,听 2026 听at 6:00 PM.

  • All Residents : Please report directly to your assigned building

Move-in Appointment (Continuing/Returners, New Transfers, and Re-admits)

The move-in appointment is done through the听 by going to "Move-In Appointment Scheduler".听 听If you have already arrived on campus before Aug 14th, with an early arrival group, you should not schedule a move-in appointment.听 If so, Release (cancel) any move-in appointment you made, because you no longer need it.听 This will free up move-in timeslots for those who need them.听 Again, the appointment scheduler closes Thursday August 13, 2026 听at 6:00 PM.

Notice to ALL Students Residing in University Housing

Failure to adhere to your scheduled Move-In time, whether scheduled by floor (first-time freshmen) or by appointment (all others), will affect your access to moving into your residence facility. Communication with updated important information will be shared via students' my.tnstate.edu (Outlook) email.听
