Budget Increase Form

This form can be used by students who have met the cost of attendance and have substantial financial reasons for requesting an increase to their cost of attendance.听 NOTE: requesting a budget increase DOES NOT mean that there are additional funds available.听 This form is only applicable to students who HAVE NOT been able to utilize all of their available aid due to reaching cost of attendance.

Consortium Agreement

This form can be used for degree-seeking students who plan to attend another institution for a term/semster. Federal regulations do not allow students to receive federal financial aid from two schools at the same time.听 A Consortium Agreement is a contract between the student, 黑料科 and another institution (Host school). **This form is not for Lottery Students.听

Satisfactory Academic Progress Appeal (SAP)

If your satisfactory academic progress was not meeting institutional requirements at the last measurement, you must file an appeal in myTSU by the published deadline.

Verification and Missing Requirements

You may satisfy your outstanding verification requirements by logging into your "myTSU" account. You will need your "myTSU" username/password to complete and submit the online forms. You may click the Help button below for the Online Form Tutorial.

Verification Instructions:

1. Review your "myTSU" email for any communications from the Office of Financial Aid.

2. Log into your "myTSU" account, click on 'Banner Services' click the Financial Aid' tab, click 'Financial Aid Status', Select applicable Aid Year, Click "Unsatisfied Requirements." You must select each link for each requirement.

3. Students selected for Verification will have the required information listed as "Unsatisfied Requirements" on "myTSU."听 You must complete each outstanding requirement.

2026-2027 Appeal Forms

The TSU Financial Aid Office can review your FAFSA information due to a significant change in you or your family's finances. Use this form for a special circumstance appeal.

Lottery (Hope) Scholarship

About Hope Scholarship:

The is established and funded from the net proceeds of the state lottery and awarded to entering freshmen who are enrolled at an eligible postsecondary institution within sixteen (16) months after graduating from a TN eligible high school.听 Students must complete the FAFSA application, be a TN resident and meet the minimum high school GPA requirements and/or ACT/SAT requirements. Students must maintain continuing eligibility requirements after enrollment.

TELS Consortium Form (Lottery Scholarship)

This form applies to TELS scholarship students who decides to enroll simultaneously at two eligible postsecondary institutions or during the summer semester at another eligible postsecondary institution.

TELS Repeat Course Form (Lottery Scholarship)

This form applies to TELS scholarship students who wish to utilize the one-time option to repeat one course for purposes of determining continued eligibility.

TELS recipients may transfer without a break in enrollment from one eligible postsecondary institution to another eligible postsecondary institution and remain eligible. Students must transfer the TELS award through the听 听prior to the transfer dates indicated below by institution type. A transfer request will not be accepted by a phone call from the student.
